Jacqui Dziak
I took my first yoga class at Yoga House in 2002, however my practice deepened while recovering from cancer surgery in 2009, as I began to focus on the benefits of a healthy mind as well as a healthy body. My style of teaching centers around grounding, breath, and movement in a more deliberate, conscious fashion. In addition to completing the first 200-hour Yoga House Teacher Training in 2014, I also completed the 300-hour Teacher Training at Yoga House in 2019. I hold a master’s degree in depth psychology and believe yoga encompasses holistic soul work as much as body movement. I am grateful to be teaching yoga and I consider myself first and foremost a life-long student of yoga, greeting each day with a beginner’s mind.
