She went on to deepen her practice through partner/acro yoga studies with AcroYoga International, became certified in trauma-informed yoga, and worked with the Art of Yoga Project, supporting marginalized and at-risk youth. Holly specializes in vinyasa, partner yoga & thai yoga massage, with a practice that is unique and focused on how yoga can help build community. Her classes are challenging in a fun way and provide a vibey atmosphere with curated playlists and encouragement to come as you are.
