I completed my initial 500-hour teaching certification through Yoga Works in 2011. I then received my Prenatal/Postnatal yoga certification in 2016 through Silver Lake Yoga. In addition to participating in numerous yoga workshops, I became a Birth Doula in 2019. My style of teaching focuses on precise alignment, while slowly and mindfully flowing through sequences. I use clear instruction, posture modifications and props to guide students through their practice.
