We will be in person and outdoors!

Tai Chi originates in China with a lineage in martial arts and self defense. It has since
evolved into a graceful form of exercise, promoting stress reduction and balancing “chi”, the
subtle energies in the body, at once calming, graceful and challenging, a walking meditation.

SUSAN QUON has been a Tai Chi practitioner since 2000, studying with Marjorie Jackson and Jane Golden, both students of Sifu Tung, a renowned Master teaching in California at the Tung Tai Chi Academy. Susan teaches the Yang Long Form of 108 movements and finds great satisfaction and challenge in its varied aspects of balancing chi and martial arts skills.

We will be practicing outside on the lawn in front of Yoga House.
