Join Tatiana for this Three-Part Workshop and Deepen Your Practice

Three Wednesday nights ~ June 5, 12 & 19, 7-8:30PM

This three-part workshop will work on tone, strength, stabilization and efficient extension in the major core muscles of the body, using state of the art functional movement training, which will include exercises that focus on the core and the posterior muscle chain, and which includes all the muscles that connect to the pelvis, both above and below, to train the muscles to work in an integrated chain of movement.Breath work, for efficient breathing, is included in each session. We will also create a doable practice model tailored to each individual to take home and mark his/her progress.

We will take this understanding of integrated chains of movement into our yoga asanas, deepening into a mindful, aware and powerful practice which increases proprioception, vitality, improves posture, can heal chronic and low back pain, and stabilizes and protects the joints. And it will be FUN!
