The Basics of Breath

We are all born knowing how to breathe. However, we are not taught how breath is the ticket to improving our well-being and more ease into our lives. If we can gain an understanding as to how breath works and how to use it, we can reclaim control over our health.
This is an ideal practice for anyone:
- Simply wanting to breathe better
- Challenged with a breathing condition
- Struggling with stress anxiety, and fear
- Interested in deepening their mind-body connection
Jasmine Rausch Leventhal is a certified yoga therapist who specializes in chronic disease prevention and control, pulmonary health, pain, and stress management. Jasmine started practicing in 2006 and began teaching in 2013. She is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University’s Yoga Therapy RX Program and continues to mentor with program director Dr. Larry Payne, Ph.D.
