Core, Floor and More
Pelvic and Abdominal Integration
with Sarah Court
September 16, 2-4 pm
When we think about our core, we often forget the ‘top’ and ‘bottom’ of it: the abdominal diaphragm and the pelvic floor. As a result, many of us not only miss out on healthy, nourishing breathing, but also suffer from pelvic floor pain and dysfunction. In this workshop, we’ll address the relationship of these two ends and everything in between, with abdominal massage using the soft Coregeous ball; exercises to unpack tight tissues, awaken sluggish areas and get ‘core-ganized’ in new and exciting ways; and techniques to help the pelvic floor become more functional. You’ll go home feeling empowered and supported in your core and armed with tools to stay that way!
