Following one of those life-changing, thought-provoking injuries, Candace Nakagawa decided to embrace the pause that the universe offered her to recover, reset and train at Yoga House. Building on an over 20 year practice and exploration of yoga, she studied under Farzaneh Noori, Paul Cabanis, Tias Little, Cheri Clampett, Jeanne Heileman and other respected gurus and completed her 500-hour yoga training. She enjoys continuing her studies of movement and healing. She began teaching in 2017. She is also certified in Pilates and is a Shakti Reiki master.
