THE FINE PRINT
All class series are good for 90 days. No extensions on either series or memberships. No refunds. Classes are non-transferable.
Fine Print Q & A
Q: Why do class series have an expiration date?
A: A series of classes is essentially a frequency discount, the baseline of which is our single class price. We are able to offer a discount off our single class price to students who agree to take a threshold number of classes within 90 days: 5, 10, 15 or 20. Accordingly, the higher the number of classes in the series, the larger the discount per class.
Q: What happens if I’m unable to complete my series within 90 days? Will I lose my money?
A: We know that it isn’t always possible to complete all of your classes within 90 days. In that case, your rate will revert to the single class price. So, while the frequency discount will not apply, you will still receive as many single classes as your original purchase would have bought.
Q: What if I am injured or have a prolonged illness that prevents me from completing my class series within 90 days?
A: We will extend your series expiration date if you have a medical problem provided you have a note from your healthcare provider.
Q: What if I’m taking pre-natal classes and I’m unable to finish my series due to my pregnancy or delivery?
A: Class series purchased by students taking pre-natal classes have no expiration.
Cancellation and Return Policies
Workshops
No refunds. One day prior notice is required for an alternate workshop date (when applicable) or studio credit.
Retreats
Retreat deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is received at least two weeks prior to retreat date. After this deadline, the balance of retreat tuition will be refundable less the deposit.
Merchandise
Merchandise purchased at Yoga House may be returned for studio credit only and must be accompanied by a receipt. No refunds. Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of purchase. Exchanged items must be in original condition. All sales of items on sale are final.
