The breath of my life will bless
The cells of my being sing
Saturday, September 28
Let your breath be a source of connection with joy, life, your body, and the earth. This meditation fusion experience brings together practices from many traditions, integrating mindfulness, yogic teachings, Chinese qigong, Native American wisdom and modern neuroscience. Research affirms that meditation can help us stress less and connect more. Experience shows us that the breath can usher us through life’s seasonal transitions. Bring a spirit of curiosity and wonder as we welcome autumn and fall more in love with the breath. Beginning and experienced meditators welcome.
