"Yoga is the golden key which unlocks the door to
peace, tranquility & joy."
-B.K.S. Iyengar

The Holiday Season is a joyful time but not entirely free of pressure and stress. Take some time out from the whirl of activity this year to deeply de-stress and rejuvenate by giving yourself the gift of Restorative Yoga.
Pioneered by B.K.S. Iyengar, this practice includes supported
postures and breathing exercises to reduce the accumulation of stress and strain on both the body and the mind. Calm is restored and illness warded off, leaving you free to bask in the lights of the Season.
