One of yoga's greatest gifts is its ability to endlessly adapt to our changing needs as we grow older. Join Senior Iyengar instructor (and septuagenarian!) Eric Small in this workshop exploring how yoga can help to promote health and well-being as it preserves and builds strength, mobility and stamina in the Golden Years. Eric will also address how yoga can be used to avoid or ease the common aches and pains associated with the aging process.
